If you opt for the plan that includes personal training sessions, they will be virtual training sessions over Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or WhatsApp video, either at home or in a gym environment. You will just need a decent Wi-Fi connection, wireless headset, or earbuds (if training in the gym) and laptop, tablet or phone. If new to resistance exercise and wanting to train at home, resistance bands are a great, low cost way to get started and I can explain how that works on your Discovery Call.
Having had to adapt very quickly to the challenges of COVID lockdowns in London by training my clients virtually, I found the training sessions to be just as effective as actually being in the room with them. This now means that location is no barrier and there are no excuses to miss a session due to not being able to get to the gym!
