I’ve tried lots of stuff before and nothing has worked. Does this really work?
Yes, I can still help you. You will need to invest some time into this programme, but I am here to make things as easy and time efficient as possible. Remember though, like anything in life, you get back what you put in….
What results can I expect?
This depends on a lot of things. What your starting point is and how much time and effort you able to commit to the programme. The main thing to remember is to be consistent with your adherence to the programme at least 80% of the time and the results will come. As small daily improvements are the key to staggering long term results, strive for progress not perfection.
How quickly can I expect results?
Virtually all clients see results in the first 4 weeks, in the form of increased confidence, some weight loss and increased strength, higher energy levels and a general feeling of being on the right path for your long-term success. There is a great quote that explains this well:

Where do the Personal Training and Coaching sessions take place?
If you opt for the plan that includes personal training sessions, they will be virtual training sessions over Zoom, Teams, FaceTime or WhatsApp video, either at home or in a gym environment. You will just need a decent Wi-Fi connection, wireless headset, or earbuds (if training in the gym) and tablet or phone.

Having had to adapt very quickly to the challenges of COVID lockdowns in London by training my clients virtually, I found the training sessions to be just as effective as actually being in the room with them. This now means that location is no barrier and there are no excuses to miss a session due to not being able to get to the gym!
