The Jump Start Programme is a great introduction to the benefits of working with Jackie, a Coach with over 15 years of experience, to help you achieve your weight-loss, health and fitness goals. If you’re a beginner, the programme gives you a solid foundation with weight-training and nutrition basics, along with healthy habits implementation that lead to a healthier, happier life.

For more advanced exercisers, who also already have an understanding of nutrition, the Jump Start Programme helps to get you out of your rut, shake up your training, nutrition and lifestyle habits – while giving you new direction and purpose to your training.

Programme includes:
  • Initial Assessment:
    • Nutrition and Lifestyle Questionnaire
    • Functional Movement Screening
    • Goal-setting – with realistic and achievable goals
    • Body-stat measurements to track your progress throughout the programme
  • Personal Training Sessions:
    • 2 sessions per week for 4 weeks (8 sessions in total)
  • Coaching Calls:
    • 1 call per week for 4 weeks (4 calls in total) to install healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits

    • Personalised Meal Plan and Recipe Pack
    • My Fitness Pal App set-up – to track calories, macros and food choices
