Jackie has combined over 15 years of expertise in nutrition, lifestyle management and weight-loss coaching into the Optimal Health & Wellbeing Programme. It is a holistic nutrition and lifestyle programme designed for people, just like you, who are confused with all the conflicting nutrition information out there. You want to learn the most effective nutrition, lifestyle and stress management strategies to help you lose weight (and maintain that weight-loss), improve your health and increase your energy. You know you need professional support, to learn the basics first, and then to implement the programme into your busy life – permanently.
Programme includes:
- Initial Assessment:
• Nutrition and Lifestyle Questionnaire.
• Goal-setting – with realistic and achievable goals.
• Body-stat measurements to track your progress throughout the programme. - Workshops:
• Workshop #1 – Nutrition Education
• Workshop #2 – Healthy Lifestyle
• Each workshop takes around 45-60 minutes and they are presented via screen-sharing on Zoom. - Coaching Calls:
• 1 call per week for 8 weeks (8 calls in total) to install healthy nutrition and lifestyle habits. - Nutrition:
• Healthy Starter Supplement Programme*
• Personalised Meal Plan and Recipe Pack
• My Fitness Pal App set-up – to track calories, macros and food choices.
