Ramp up your training to look better, feel fitter and get stronger in 8 weeks. This programme will work on your mindset, building healthy lifestyle and nutrition habits for life. This personal training plan will change the way you look and feel for good.

Body and Life Transformation

12 weeks

A life-changing package designed to completely overhaul your training, nutrition and lifestyle and reset your mindset for good. At the end your life and physique will be changed forever.

  • Bespoke training plan that we build on throughout the programme.
  • Initial assessment
  • Two 1-2-1 personal training sessions a week (24 sessions in total)
  • Body stats taken in weeks 1, 4, 8 & 12 to track progress
