Hi I’m Jackie Ashdown, The Founder of Age Drop Personal Training & Coaching. I want to let you know that if you feel lost, frustrated, or even upset about your weight, fitness levels, and lifestyle… THERE IS HOPE! 

So many 40+ women I speak to think that as we age and go through the menopause transition, we just have to accept the unwanted lbs, loss of strength, and constant tiredness.

But I believe that EVERY person can lose weight, feel fantastic, and love the body they are in.
